PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time (4-6 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).
After your order has been processed, our shipping company for dispatch will then pick up your package. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.
Processing Time - in very rare instances, may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. During busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to send merchandise back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you would like to return your order, please email us your order number and reason for return to info@brazilianfashionista.com. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Products must be in new condition with original tags for clothing and unopened for fragrances and other items.
For orders under $200 a shipping cost is charged based on your chosen shipping method.
All orders over $200 will be delivered for free. Shipping is not included for returns, including those over $200.
If you want to change your order, please send us an email to info@brazilianfashionista.com. We will see what is still possible. Changes must be made before the item is shipped.
